Quote of the Day

“Be present in all things and thankful for all things.” — Maya Angelou

“Thanksgiving is a time to give, a time to love, and a time to reflect on the things that matter most in life.” — Danielle Duckery

Happy Thanksgiving, Bowie Insiders

Today, as we pause to give thanks, we want to share our heartfelt gratitude for you—our Bowie Insider readers who care deeply about this community and show up for one another day after day. Your support, your shares, your kindness, and your passion for Bowie are the heartbeat of everything we do.

This Thanksgiving, there is so much to be grateful for. We’re thankful for the warmth of neighbors who look out for each other, for teachers and school staff who guide our children, and for the small businesses that bring life and flavor to our city. We’re grateful for the beauty of our parks and trails, the joy of community events, and the volunteers who give their time to keep Bowie strong.

May your day be filled with peace, comfort, and moments that remind you of what matters most.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Bowie Insider
