Bowie Plans Revitalization of Serene Way Park, Invites Community Input
The City of Bowie is transforming Serene Way Park into a vibrant micro-park, enhancing the space between Spark Lane and the Bowie High School Annex. This initiative aims to create a welcoming, community-friendly environment by adding new amenities and green space.
To ensure the project meets residents' needs, city officials are inviting the community to a public meeting at the Kenhill Center on March 5 at 6:00pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to review proposed ideas and share feedback on the park’s future design.
The revitalization effort reflects Bowie’s commitment to improving public spaces and fostering community engagement. Residents are encouraged to participate in shaping this exciting transformation.
