Reporting Dangerous Weather Conditions on Bowie Streets

Bowie residents play an important role in maintaining safety during hazardous weather conditions. If you notice dangerous situations on city streets—such as icy patches, flooding or fallen trees —you can report them to the city's Public Works Department. During regular business hours, call 301-809-2344.

For urgent problems that occur outside of these hours, contact the Bowie Police Call Center at 240-544-5700. Acting quickly can help prevent accidents and keep streets safe for drivers and pedestrians.

Your awareness and timely reports are essential during severe weather, making it easier for city teams to respond and minimize potential risks. Together, we can ensure Bowie’s streets remain as safe as possible, even in challenging conditions.
