Meet the Artists Today at the "Artists' Reception For Hispanic Heritage Month Art Gallery Exhibit

The City of Bowie is hosting a special reception to celebrate the artists featured in the "Arte Del Alma" exhibit at City Hall, honoring Hispanic Heritage Month. Open to the public, this event will take place on September 26, with refreshments provided. The exhibit, which runs from September 21 through November 9, 2024, showcases the vibrant works of local artists and explores the deep connections between art, culture, and community.
Presented by the City’s Arts Committee, "Arte Del Alma" is more than just a traditional gallery display. Attendees will enjoy live poetry performances, engage in artist discussions, and experience the creative energy of the community firsthand. This immersive event celebrates Hispanic heritage through a blend of artistic expression and cultural pride, offering a memorable evening of inspiration and connection.

The Joe Clair Banging in Bowie Comedy Club offers a night of top-notch laughter, featuring local and national comedians at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts.
